Client

Maher Commercial Realty is a commercial real estate brokerage in Los Angeles. They help people buy and sell retail buildings, apartment buildings, land, gas stations, and car washes. Their agents make money when they are meeting owners and closing deals, not doing office work.

Problem

Maher had two jobs that ate up time every week. The first was finding new leads. Every day, new listings hit the market and Maher wanted the owner's contact info for each one so their agents could reach out first, but getting it meant doing everything by hand. The second was their newsletters, built by hand every week, one at a time.

  • Leads found by hand: looking up each listing, finding the owner's phone and email, adding it one at a time
  • Slow process meant good leads slipped away before anyone could call
  • Newsletters took about 7-8 hours of staff time a week to build
  • That was time nobody got to spend on real deals
Solution

We automated both, so they run without anyone touching them. For leads, a system starts every morning at 5 AM: it pulls new listings, finds each owner's phone and email through skip tracing, and drops a fresh list of prospects into their system, then texts and emails every one and flags which numbers are real. For newsletters, we built five, one per property type, that fill themselves in and send on their own.

  • New leads found, contacted, and ready every morning at 5 AM
  • Owner phone numbers and emails pulled automatically, with bad numbers flagged
  • Five custom newsletters, one per property type, that build and send themselves
  • Content stays fresh on its own, pulling live listings and new articles
Result

Before, the team spent seven to eight hours a week building newsletters by hand. That is nearly 400 hours a year, and about $33,000 in staff time. Now the work is done for them, and those hours go back to the business.

Before, finding leads was slow and done by hand, so many were missed. Now the system brings in about 1,300 fresh leads a year on its own, all found and contacted before the team even starts their day.

This is what automation does. It takes the slow, repeat work off a team and gets it done every day without fail. The staff get their hours back, the agents get a stack of new prospects every morning, and everyone spends more time on the one thing that grows the business: closing deals.
