Unity Leases is a residential leasing agency in Montreal. They fill empty apartments for property owners across a 200+ unit portfolio, with a team of agents who each cover certain buildings. Their job is to turn a steady flow of incoming leads into signed leases.
Unity got plenty of leads. That was not the problem. The problem was what happened next. Leads came in from several different websites and all landed in one email inbox, and someone had to read each one and forward it by hand to the right agent.
